Children sometimes express unwelcome behaviors in the classroom. Support and interventions are necessary for everyone's safety. While the word discipline might seem negative, the goal of using discipline is to teach students boundaries and limits to help them be successful. It is very important that our children achieve personal and academic life goals. Without discipline, learning cannot be accomplished. If student or students constantly disrupt a teacher, the other students in the class will be affected. Consequently, students are rewarded for positive behaviors.
